Halo:
Chain (ch) 15, slipstitch (slst) in 2nd from hook and in each st to 3rd st from end. Join with far end to create a loop. Continue slst in remaining 2 st.

Head:
Ch 2, Work 10 single crochet stitiches (sc) in end st, join. Ch 3, double crochet (dc) in same st, 2 dc in each st, join. Ch 3, 1 dc in each st, join.

Ch 3, *dc decrease in next 2 st, 1 dc in following st*, repeat between * *, join This may be stuffed with cotton ball or fiber fill. Ch 1, *sc decrease in next 2 st*, repeat between * *, join.

Skirt
Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around, join.
Repeat previous row.
Ch 3, dc in same st, *1 dc in next st, 2 dc in next st* repeat between * *, join.
Repeat previous row.
Ch 3, dc in same st, * 1 dc in each of next 2 st, 2 dc in next st* repeat between * *, join.
Next 4 rows, ch 3, 1 dc in each st, join.
Ch 3, 3 dc in same st, *4 dc in next st* repeat between * *, join, fasten off.

Wings:
Ch 25, sc in 2nd st and in each st to end, ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across, ch 1 turn (17 rows). Sc in each st around outside, slip stitch (slst) to middle of long side. Accordian fold wings and slst on high edges in a straight line to bottom, turn to back side and slst on those high edges, join at top. Do not fasten off,

Arms:
Ch 20, sc in 3rd st from hook and in each to wing joining, slst in wing, ch 20. Slst in loop of first arm, do not twist stitches, sc in each st back to wing, fasten off leaving a 6" tail. Set arms over head, wings in back, stitch wings onto back of skirt using the 6" tail.
